Simply download and complete the free trial scanning request form then send it to us along with your scanning samples. We will scan up to 5 items, then send you the digital images via a download link so please ensure you supply a working email address.

Your original images will be returned to you after the trial is processed.

Conditions of the free trial service

• All items are returned by Standard post only, no "tracked" or "signed for service" will be used.
• No major damage or restoration work will be performed on any damaged images
• Offer limited to one free trial per household only

Help us to keep this service free

Please ensure the correct postage is applied to your package. 3 stacked slides in a regular envelope will require a large letter stamp due to the extra thickness (5mm limit with a standard 1st class stamp).

Padded bags or large letter envelopes will also require additional postage due to their thickness, standard 1st class stamps will not be sufficient and we will be charged the extra postage and handling fees by Royal Mail.

Any incorrect postage will also delay the return of your trial images while the handling fee and redelivery is processed by Royal Mail. If you are unsure about your package then please take it to your local Post Office.
